True, but to purge that quest for the Mausoleum from the log Anet apparently performed a clean sweep for all festival quests.

The quests are removed because the halloween festivities must be active to use them. When halloween ended, it removed everything required to complete the quest and thereby any chance of completing it. Even if you did get it completed, you couldnt redeem it. This is why it was removed.. completed or not, it will not return to your log. next halloween you will have to pick it up again and start over.

they do this with all festival quests, every year.. its not new.

Actually Astral, it is new for this quest as most people have had it in their logs since last year. You have to speak to King Frozenwind to get the Dhumm quest and he is the same one you have to speak to to get the reward for Waiting Game quest. So by what you have said wouldnt that mean they have removed access to Dhumm until next halloween?

Well TOTALLY agree that the across the board WIPE of ALL Festival Events in the Quest Log is completely WRONG on so many levels!!! I hope they are able to fix/resolve by restoring the previous state. Anything productive (contact community managers, etc) that could help? Maybe we should start a petition? /signed !!!
So know it won't help but if you have extra used EL Mobstoppers (captured skeletons from the Halloween quest), please read and support my suggestion @

Yes, I had the waiting game on 10 characters and had not done it yet, and the quest got deleted with the Halloween ones. Complete BS.

Guess you've been MIA since Halloween last year.

Please, learn to read the thread you are posting in completely before posting, or at least try to do a minimal amount of research on the subject.
